For 42 years, Janice was a teller and, later, a manager at Frostburg National Bank and three of its successive mergers.

She is survived by one son, Brian Vought and wife, Jennifer, Frostburg, two daughters, Kelli Layman, Midlothian, Krista Culler and husband, Robert, also of Midlothian, and a niece whom she loved as a daughter, Melanie (Morgan) Estrella and husband, Noel, Prescott Valley, AZ.

She was “Nana” to seven grandchildren, Korey Layman, Zachary Culler and wife, Paige, Jeremy Culler and fiancée, Taylor, Geoffrey Culler and wife, Breanna, Luke Vought, Aimee Culler, and Casey Culler, and one great-grandson, James Culler. She enjoyed spending time with both her immediate and extended family and was once overheard saying, “Children are nice, but grandchildren are WONDERFUL!” She loved having “all her chicks in the nest.” She was happy to call Midlothian home and never cared to venture far from it.

At her request, Janice was cremated. A memorial service will be held at Trinity Assembly of God, Midlothian, on Sunday, November 17, 2019, at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Robert Culler officiating.
