48, of Frostburg, born July 11, 1965 to Thomas R. Charbonneau and Mary E. (McBain) Charbonneau, passed away Sunday, February 2, 2014 after a brief illness.
She was preceded in death by her father, Thomas R. Charbonneau and her brother, Richard E. Charbonneau.
Ann leaves behind the love of her life, of 16 years; husband, Thomas Hetz, Jr. and the light of her life, their two children, Thomas and Allison, at home. Also surviving are her mother, Mary Charbonneau; brother, Stephen Charbonneau; sisters, Debbie, Dorothy, Susan, and Jennifer and her special cousin, Frances Bjorndal; in-laws, Thomas and Maxene Hetz, and several nieces and nephews.
She was deeply loved and will be dearly missed. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
Ann was cremated in accordance with her wishes.
