Beverly Gardner

Beverly Jean (Wallingsford) Gardner, 71, passed away on Sunday, January 19, 2020 at WMHS Frostburg Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Bev was born on July 12, 1948 in Washington, DC.  She was the daughter of the late Willard and Evelyn Wallingsford.

Bev worked in administration as a civilan employee for the federal government.  She enjoyed fishing in Canada, camping/RVing, creating washi eggs, and spending time with her grandchildren, family and friends. She called Frostburg home.

She was preceded in death by her husband James W. Gardner, her best friend in life, sister Elaine Weeks, brother Butch Wallingsford and sister Marlene Dewey.

Surviving are her children, Susan Moore and husband Rick, Joe Armes and wife Jennifer, Glen E. Armes and wife Lynele, Michael J. Gardner and wife Karla, Michele Schoonmaker and husband Todd, Steve E. Gardner and wife Karen, and Carolyn E. Cucina; 17 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
