Brandi Meese

Brandi Nicole Meese (Rizer) 46, of LaVale passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on November, 6, 2025.

Born in Cumberland on September 24, 1979. Brandi was the youngest daughter of the late Robert Neal and Audrey Delores (Bittinger) Rizer of Savage River Road. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her nephew, Casey Shockey.

Brandi graduated from Westmar High School and was a lifelong homemaker. She was a kind soul who loved her family and all types of fur babies.

She is survived by her husband of 16 years, Clint; son, Christian, at home; stepson, Chevy; sister, Dawn Shockey (Dickie); brother, Darrin Rizer (Julia); nieces and nephews, Tasha, Kylie (Seth), Cory (Taylor), Jeremy, Cianna and Alyssa. Also survived by numerous great nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. She leaves behind her very special friend, Donald Bridges.

Brandi will be sadly missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her.

The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to UPMC Western Maryland ER staff and LaVale EMS for their care of Brandi during this trying time.

Brandi was cremated and a Celebration of her Life will take place at a later date.
