Debra Stafford

Debra Ann Stafford, 72, of Mt. Savage, passed away Tuesday, April 9, 2024 at UPMC.

Born March 20, 1952 to late Reford Charles and Pauline Harriett (Long) McKenzie. She is preceded in death by three brothers and one sister.

Debra was a graduate of Mount Savage. She was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Auxiliary Member of Unit 13 American Legion, as well as a member of Barrelville Outdoor Club and Kennels Mill Outdoor Club. She loved fishing, the beach and most of all, taking care of all the children in the family.

Surviving are her husband of 50 years, Roy Stafford; son, Rodney W. Stafford and wife Tara, daughter, Jennifer Saeler and husband Scott; grandchildren, Andrew, Tiffani, Mellani, Sydni, Lexi; great-grandchildren, Dalton, Arya, Mya, Zella, Laykin; special bonus grandchildren, Scott, Brad, Abilene, Delilah, Josie, Lauren; and sisters, Cherie DeHaven, Gayle Kenney; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Friends and family will be received at Durst Funeral Home, 57 Frost Avenue, on Sunday, April 14, 2024 from 4 - 7 PM.

Funeral Service will be held at Durst Funeral Home on Monday, April 15, 2024 at 11 AM with Rev. Harry Burchell. Friends with be received one hour prior at 10 AM.

Interment will be in Maryland Veterans Cemetery, Flintstone, Maryland.
