Edgar Stoops

E. Wayne Stoops, 78, passed away on Friday, August 19, 2016, near his home in Frostburg Maryland.
He was the beloved child of the late Jane Isabel Stoops.
Mr. Stoops proudly served in the U.S. Navy and was a retired business man, passionate about all things mechanical.
He was loved by his children: Wayne Lee (deceased), Lois Jane Teston (Michael), Thomas Edward (Janet), James Brian (Debbie), Kimberly Ann Garrels (Marc), and Karah Stoops. He is also survived by his 8 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren. Wayne will be remembered for his compassion to many strays and 4 legged friends.
