Herman "Trey" Fiorita III

Herman (Trey) Fiorita III, 50, passed away on July 1, 2023, at UPMC Western Maryland Hospital.
Born on April 28, 1973, to Karen Elizabeth (Wolford) and Herman Fiorita Jr.
He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Herman Sr. and Althea (Craze) Fiorita and
maternal grandparents, Dorothy (Lancaster) Wolford and Leroy Wolford.
Trey graduated from Mt. Savage High School and Vo-Tech for Automotive Repair in 1992, he then
attended Garrett Community College to get his CDL drivers license and Hazmat Certification. Trey
worked at Blue Rhino Ferrellgas for 10+ years as a Hazmat Driver. He was an avid pool player, hunter,
fisherman and enjoyed picking mushrooms in his spare time. Trey’s personality was larger than life, he
loved his family and friends and is irreplaceable to those that loved him. He was a pain in the a$$ to
those that knew him and will be eternally missed by those that loved him.
Surviving are his parents, Karen Elizabeth (Wolford) and Herman Fiorita Jr; daughter, Chiara Fiorita
and her Mom, Karen Gordon; girlfriend, Jessica Boyd; Sisters, LaDawn Zufall and husband Kevin and
Tammy Fiorita and significant other, Mitch Rice; nieces and nephews, Christopher Davis, Kateland
Wilson and husband Mitch, Austin Fiorita and significant other, Katie Blume, Alex Collins and
significant other, Ayla Leach, Amy Collins and significant other, Preston Miller, Angel Fiorita and
significant other, Dusten Conti. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and great
nephews and a great niece.
Pallbearers will be as follows; Jamie Lewis; Eric Broadwater; Austin Fiorita, Alex Collins, Paul Yeroshefsky and Paul Cramer.
Honorary Pallbearers are as follows; Dusten Conti and Preston Miller.
Family and friends will be received at Durst Funeral Home, 57 Frost Avenue, Frostburg, MD on
Saturday, July 8, 2023, from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM. A funeral service will follow at 1:30 PM with Pastor
Jason Smith officiating.
Internment will be at Frostburg Memorial Park.
Friends and family will be welcomed to attend dinner at Gateway West Church at 401 W Industrial
Blvd Cumberland, MD 21502.
