James A. “Bruzz” Patterson , age 81, of Westerville, OH passed on June 7, 2021.
Retired from Anheuser Busch. U.S. Army veteran. Member of Frostburg, MD VFW and Ameican Legion Post 4719, Gahanna, OH. Enjoyed bowling and golf.
Survived by his wife of 56 years, Cecilia; sons, Larry (Amy) Patterson of Rushville, OH and Scott (Lana) Patterson of Westerville; grandchildren, Craig, Olivia, Ellie, Rachel and Brady; sister, Lavonne (Jim) Clise and brother, George (Janie) Patterson, all of Frostburg, MD; several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents, James and Eleanor Patterson, sister, Carolyn Miller and brother, Gary Patterson.
Friends and family will be received at Durst Funeral Home, on Wednesday, June 16, from 11am to 1 pm. A service will follow at 1 pm with Rev. George Harpold officiating.
Inurnment will be in Frostburg Memorial Park.
