James Femi

James Raymond Femi, 67, of Lonaconing, passed away Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at his residence.
Born October 29, 1948 in Frostburg to the late Ernest Femi and Wilma McKenzie. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers, Ernest J. Femi and Francis Thomas Femi.
James was an U.S. Army veteran serving in Germany during the Vietnam Era. He retired from the City of Frostburg, Street Department. James was an avid outdoor enthusiast and loved hunting and fishing. He was a craftsman and jack of all trades.
Surviving are his wife of 47 years, Rhonda (Wenck) Femi; three daughters, Rhonda Guthrie and husband Dale, Salisbury, PA, Jennifer Siegmyer, Frostburg, and Jaime Femi, Lonaconing; five grandchildren, Kerry Merrbach and wife Aimee, Raymond Siegmyer, Chandler Sperry, Tristan Guthrie and Sadee Sperry; one sister, Lillian Forsythe, Hagerstown and numerous nieces and nephews.
Deacon Harold Bradley as celebrant.
Interment will be in Rocky Gap Veterans Cemetery.
Military Honors will be accorded by Farrady Post 24 American Legion Honor Guard.
