Jennie Winebrenner

Jennie Lee (Emmart) Winebrenner, 92, of Frostburg passed away peacefully at UPMC Western Maryland on Saturday, September 13, 2025, surrounded by her children.

Born on December 8, 1932 to the late Jennie (Pfaff) and Bruce Emmart. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Floyd L. "Spoon" Winebrenner Jr.; brother, Thomas Emmart, and son in law, Gary Seib.

Jennie was a retired homemaker and loved spending her time in the activities department during her stay at Mt. City Rehab Center.

Surviving are her children, Doug Winebrenner and wife Rhonda, Randy Winebrenner and wife Peggy, Lisa Seib and Tammy Horner; 12 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren; brother, Robert Emmart and wife Judy and a sister in law, Dorothy "Dottie" Emmart

Family and friends will be received at Durst Funeral Home, 57 Frost Avenue, Frostburg, MD on Wednesday, September 17, 2025 from 5:00 to 7:00.

A funeral service will be held at Durst Funeral Home on Thursday, September 18, 2025 at 11 A.M with Rev. George Harpold.

A private family inurnment will be in Rocky Gap Cemetery.
