JoAnn Tenny
74 of Frostburg, passed away Friday, March 3, 2017 at her home.
Born March 16, 1942 in Frostburg; she is preceded in death by her step-father, George Pappas Jr. and mother, Dorothy (Schurg) Pappas.
JoAnn was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church. She was a retired cook from Beall Elementary School.
Surviving are her husband of 54 years, Jerry R. Tenny; daughter, Lisa Marie Tenny, Frostburg; son, Jerry Tenny Jr., Cumberland; half-brothers, George Pappas and wife Sheila, Frostburg, and Rick Pappas and wife Corinne, Oakland; and step-son, Greg Hasselberger, Texas; special friend, Jo Hall and her canine companion, Maggie.
JoAnn was cremated in accordance with her wishes.
A Memorial Service will be private.
