Jody Diggs
October 23, 1960 — September 14, 2015
Jody Marie Diggs, 54, of Frostburg, went to be with the lord on September 14, 2015, after a courageous battle with cancer.
She was born October 23, 1960 to Anna Mae Barclay and the late William C. Layman.
Jody was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother “Mom Mom”. She loved spending time with her family, enjoyed the motorcycle, 4-wheeler and camping. She especially enjoyed special trips with her close friends Kathy Clise and Jen Stiteler.
Surviving are her husband Tim Diggs; daughters, Tara Marie McKinley and husband Jesse, Sondra Lynn Wine and husband Brandon; grandchildren, Carder Race, Anthony McKinley, Sophia McKinley, Julian Wine, Emma Wine; identical twin sister, Judy Buskirk and husband Irvin; sister, Barbara Raley and husband John; brother William Mark Layman and special friend Angela; numerous nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received at Durst Funeral Home, 57 Frost Avenue, Frostburg, on Friday, September 18, 2015 from 3 to 5 pm and 7 to 9 pm.
Funeral services will be held at Durst Funeral Home on Saturday, September 19, 2015 at 1:00 with Rev. George Harpold officiating.
Interment will be in Frostburg Memorial Park.
