Joseph Leroy Raley , 80, of Abingdon, passed away on June 29th, 2018, he was the beloved husband of Ann Raley; devoted father of Debbie L. McCurley & her husband Jody; dear brother of Shirley Cogar, Pat Raley, Kate Raley, Ronald Raley, Lena Smith and Darlene Kane; cherished grandfather of Scott McCurley and Jeffrey McCurley.
