Marie E. Duckworth

Marie E. Duckworth, 87, of Midland, passed away on July 17, 2023 at Goodwill Mennonite Nursing Home.

Born February 21, 1936, in Midland to the late Stanley James and Mary Veronica (Cominsky) Duckworth. In addition to her parents she is preceded by her infant sister, Mary Ann Duckworth, brothers; Johnny, Sammy, and Jim Duckworth. She is the last surviving member of her immediate family.

Marie was a member of Divine Mercy, St. Michaels Catholic parish, Frostburg.

She is survived by her in-laws and nieces.

A Funeral service will be held at Durst Funeral Home, Frostburg, on Saturday July 22, 2023 at 12 noon with Father Scott Kady officiating.

She will be laid to rest following the service at St. Michaels Catholic Cemetery.
