Mildred M, Cutter

Mildred (Bittinger) Cutter, 95, of Frostburg passed away on Wednesday, August 19, 2026 at Eagle Nursing Home.

Born on September 25, 1930 to the late Rose and Columbus Bittinger. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Cutter Sr.; sisters, Hilda, Wilda and Phyllis.

Mildred was a long time member of the Frostburg Seventh-day Adventist Church.

Surviving are her children, Darla Bidinger, Leonard Cutter Jr. and wife Donna, Larry Cutter and wife Sharon; grandchildren, Tony Cutter and wife Darlene, Tonia Collins and husband Kerry, Larry Cutter Jr. and wife Joyce, Toby Cutter and wife Charlotte, Corey Walker and wife Miranda, Tiffanie Hardman and husband Aaron; great grandchildren, Courtney Parsons and husband Mike, Cami Deffenbaugh and husband Brad, Ashley Cutter, TJ Cutter and Sadie, Aubrie Hardman, Walker Hardman; great great grandchild, Lenora. Mildred also leaves behind her siblings, Bernard Bittinger and wife Helena, Delmas Bittinger and wife Betty, Shirley Loar.

A memorial service will be held at Frostburg Seventh-day Adventist Church, 82 W College Ave, Frostburg, MD on Wednesday, September 3, 2026 at 2:00.

A private family interment was held at Rocky Gap Veterans Cemetery. Durst Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
