83, of Frostburg, passed away Saturday, October 07, 2017 at WMHS Frostburg Nursing and Rehab Center.
Born June 22, 1934 in Frostburg, the daughter of Albert and Ethel (Minnick) McKenzie. She is preceded in death by her parents.
Surviving are her husband of 66 years, Ellis Garlitz; Gloria Woodard, Frostburg and Glenda George and husband Charles, Schellsburg, PA; she was grandmother to five grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. She was a devoted wife and wonderful mother and will be greatly missed.
Family and friends will be received at Durst Funeral Home, 57 Frost Avenue, Frostburg, MD on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 from 10 to 11:00 am with the funeral service to follow with Rev. Joe Penick officiating.
Interment will be in Emmanuel Methodist Cemetery.
