Roy Edward Troutman Jr, 59, of Woodland, passed away on Thursday, May 30, 2024 after an extended illness.
Born September 13, 1964, he was the son of the late Roy Edward Sr and Doris (Dottie) Troutman. Mr. Troutman is predeceased by his wife, Denise D. (Bowman) Troutman; grandparents, John and Marie Troutman and Ada (Buckingham) and Roy Ritchie, his father; mother-in-law, Dianna Bowman and sisters-in-law Sherry Kyle, Jonnille Morrissey and Laura Bowman.
Roy graduated from Beall High School and attended the Career Center during school. He later entered the U.S. Army and spent time in Germany.
Roy worked for Winner Brothers Coal, and multiple auto body shops throughout the years. He retired from Allegany Ambulance. He enjoyed riding 4-wheelers, having a cold beer and being with his family and friends. He could always be found at "the farm".
Roy leaves behind his boys, Zachary Frost and fiancé Hailey Myers and Roy Troutman III; grandchildren who he loved dearly, Hayden and Kane Frost; mother, Dottie Troutman; siblings, Rodney Troutman and Rebecca Lucas; sister in laws, Michelle McGowen, Stefanee Friend husband Thomas and Amy Bowman; brother in laws, Shane Sloan and Randy Kyle; nieces and nephews, Randa Mauck, Travis Kyle, Janae Calhoun, Ally Friend, Janessa Boyce, Thomas Friend, Andrew Gamber, Mckaylee McGowen; also left behind are numerous family and friends.
