Sharon “Sherii” Lee Morley
71, of Lakewood, WV, passed away Friday, April 29, 2016 at Johns Hopkins Hospital, following a sudden renal infection.
Born on April 18, 1945 in Cumberland to Homer F. and Sarah (Soulsby) Berry; she is preceded in death by her parents; a son, Ryan Drew Engle; a sister, Jeannine L. Windemuth; a brother, Kenneth S. Berry; a niece, Diane M. Patrick and a nephew, Charles Windemuth.
Sherii was Lutheran by faith. She previously worked as a Guardianship Coordinator at HRDC and Research Study for Johns Hopkins Hospital. Sherii retired as a Teaching Assistant from Allegany County Board of Education. She was active with her Fort Hill Class of 1963.
Surviving is her husband of 30 years, John Winfield Morley; a daughter, Daphne Lynn Snyder and husband Rodney, LaVale; her only granddaughter, Emily Lauren Snyder; a sister Carol Jane Patrick, Kensington, a brother, William D. Berry and wife Cathy, Keyser, WV; a brother-in-law, Louis Paul Windemuth Sr., Cumberland; a niece, Donna Sue Windemuth; and a nephew, Louis “Butch” Paul Windemuth Jr.
Family and friends will be received at Durst Funeral Home, 57 Frost Ave., Frostburg, MD, on Tuesday, May 3, 2016 from 3 to 7 pm.
Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, May 4, 2016 at 11:00 am with Rev. Frankie Revell officiating.
Interment will be in Rocky Gap Veterans Cemetery, Flintstone.
