Thomas Dougherty Jr

Thomas E Dougherty Jr, 79, of Frostburg passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on Monday, January 12, 2026.

Born on August 23, 1946 to the late Norma and Thomas E Dougherty Sr.

Thomas was a US Navy veteran of over 22 years where he performed rescue missions and aerial photographs.

Surviving are his daughter Shannon Mannick and husband Eric; grandson, Hunter Dougherty and three nieces.

Thomas was cremated in accordance with his wishes.

A private Funeral Service will be held at Rocky Gap Veterans Cemetery.

Military honors will be accorded by Farrady Post #24 American Legion.
