Troy Wilburn

Lowell "T roy" Wilburn, 80, passed away on December 4, 2020 at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Morgantown.

Born on May 30, 1940 to the late Perry and Dorothy (Bittinger) Wilburn.

Troy was a graduate of Bishop Walsh High School. He entered into the U.S. Navy in 1957 where he served 7 consecutive year with 4 years of active duty. Upon returning home he work at the Kelly Springfield Tire company until it closed and then became a Truck Driving Instructor at Garrett County Community College.

Surviving are his loving wife of 64 years, Sally Wilburn; sister, Helen Weimer of Nashville; brother, Wendell Wilbern   of Grantsville; special nephew, John Wright, and several special nieces and nephews. He also leaved behind his best buddy, Paul “Pappy” Wagner, and his Navy brother, Charlie Prater.

Funeral Services will be private.

Interment will be in Rocky Gap Veterans Cemetery.
