Verna Marie Hott, 83, of Mt. Savage, passed away Saturday, August 22, 2015 at WMHS Frostburg Nursing and Rehab Center.
Born June 2, 1932 in Mt. Savage, daughter of the late Ursula Pratt. She was preceded in death by her mother and husband, Marley Hott.
Mrs. Hott was a member of St. Patricks Catholic Church, Mt. Savage. She was retired from Memorial Hospital after 30 years as a nursing assistant.
Surviving are daughter, Vera Matthews and husband William, Parkersburg, WV, and son, Anthony Hott and wife Helen, Mt. Savage; four grandchildren, Renae Matthews, Scott Matthews, Brett Matthews and wife Jessica and Ashley Hott; great granddaughter, Kate Matthews; brother William Pratt, Mt. Savage and several nieces and nephews.
