William D. “Bill” Warn
59, of National Pike, Frostburg, died Friday August 11, at his residence, due to a perforated stomach ulcer.
Born October 24, 1957, in Frostburg, he was the son of the late Buck & Ginny Warn.
Bill was co-owner of the Hen House Restaurant, a business he grew up in since his parents started it in 1961; a place where he made every employee and customer feel like family.
Surviving are his wife of 38 years, Theresa Warn; his four daughters Carrie Glass and husband Seth; Jill Stakem and husband Jason; Katie Beeman and husband Adam; and Jinny Warn.
He is also survived by his grandchildren Lucy, Julia and Quinn Glass; Sidney, Zoe and Charlie Stakem; Will and Cecelia Beeman; and a 9th grandchild expected to arrive in September; his brother, business partner, and best friend Gary Warn, and wife Brenda, a devoted sister in law; special niece and nephew Coty and Tyler Warn, and their spouses; and his loving mother and father-in law, Allan and Thomasine Weir.
He will also be terribly missed by his best friends Mike Brady and Craig Workman, and his loyal companion, his dog Molly.
A celebration of his life will be held on Monday, August 21 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Hen House Restaurant. All friends and family are welcome.
