April Baer

April Lynn Baer, 48, of Frostburg, passed away on Thursday, February 27, 2020 at UPMC Western Maryland surrounded by her loving family.

Born on April 26, 1971, she was the daughter of David R. Cutter, Sr. and wife Sandy of Meyersdale, PA and Gloria D. (Miller) Keister and husband Jim of Frostburg, MD.

April was a 1989 graduate of Beall High School, Frostburg and Allegany County Career Center.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband Lonnie Baer and her four beautiful daughters, Kayla Werner, Brittany Baer, Desirae Baer, and Brook Baer; precious granddaughter, Maizie Davis and Hadley Marvin; brothers, David R. Cutter, Jr. and Randy Cutter and wife Stacy; sisters, Diann Willett and husband Christopher and Hope Bittinger and husband Terry; and her beloved dog CoCo. Also surviving are numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

In keeping with April’s loving and generous spirit, the gift of life was shared with many people in need through organ donation, assisted by the Living Legacy Foundation

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
