Carolyn Britton

Carolyn Ann (Felker) Britton, 75, passed way Saturday, April 24, 2021, surrounded by her family, after a brief illness.

Born September 13, 1945 in Frostburg MD to the late Genevieve (Perdew) Felker and James Felker.

Carolyn was a graduate of DuVal High School in Lanham, MD.  She retired from RJO Enterprises.  After retirement, Carolyn enjoyed gardening, crafts and yard sales.

She is predeceased by her husband William Lee Britton, stepfather George DeWitt and stepbrother William DeWitt.  She is survived by her daughter Kimberly Miller and husband Edgar, Frostburg; son Kevin Britton, Frostburg; brother James Felker and Marilyn, Landover Hills, MD; grandchildren Bryce Miller and Hailey Miller; and cousin Colleen Matthews and husband Mike, Frostburg.

As per her wishes, Carolyn will be cremated and inurned, with a small private visitation for family and close friends.

The family would like to thank her caregivers from Tristate Homecare Services and the doctors and nurses of UPMC Western Maryland for the compassionate care she received.
