Jean (Jay) Delauter

Jean (Jay) Harold DeLauter of Frostburg Maryland, passed away Thursday November 18th 2021. Born September 16th 1959, he was the son of the late Jean Sr. and Mary DeLauter.  He retired from CSX Cumberland Maryland. Jay was a kind and loving soul, he made friends everywhere he went. He was a loving son, brother, uncle, father, grandfather and friend. He is survived by son, Greg and Abigail Lissau; grandchildren, Ryleigh and Vayda; daughter Emily and grandchildren Andrew, LillyAnne, October, and Harold; daughter Elise, and grandson Dalton Jay; brother John Jones and family.  Jay will be missed by everyone who knew him. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Funeral expense donations can be directed to Durst Funeral Home.
